Deadlee (photoshoots)

You may know Deadlee from the numerous amounts of press related to his attacks on Eminem, DMX and 50 Cent’s homophobia. Featured in Rolling Stone, CNN, The Tyra Banks Show and my personal favorite The Howard Stern Show.

I first met Deadlee at the LA premier of ‘Pick Up The Mic,’ the first documentary on Gay Hip-Hop. (See trailer below) About a year later I found myself on the road following the Homo Revolution Tour. A few months later I got together with Deadlee and many of his friends and fellow homo-hoppers for a magazine spread for Qr Magazine.

After a while it seemed we could not get away from each other as we started seeing each other at all the popular events around LA. This gave me a great chance to capture even more great moments in his carrer. (performing in San Fransciso, recording in the studio with QBoy)
